  3. The file Tacl121.exe is self extracting

  5. How to install TACLOG:

  7. Make a directory called Taclog 
  8. copy file Taclog.exe into that directoy
  9. run Taclog.exe and it will start to unpack
  10. all files in the selfextracting part
  11.  
  12. Then start the program with TACLOG
